After an impressive win against Florida State on Saturday night, the Crimson Tide shifts its focus to this weekend’s home opener versus Fresno State.

Notes:

Presumably to due to the season ending injuries to linebackers Terrell Lewis and Christian Miller, freshman LaBryan Ray went through drills with the outside linebackers. Ray is one of the top defensive line recruits the Crimson Tide brought it this season.
The insider linebackers, led by Shaun Dion Hamilton and Keith Holcombe, worked on footwork drills with defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt.
Jalen Hurts and the rest of the quarterbacks worked on timing with the wide receivers on short, curl routes.
Running backs were at the end of the field today, but it looked like they were at full strength working through ball security and footwork drills. …read more
