TUSCALOOSA, Ala.- The Tide have been on the come up, after knocking off #14 Mississippi State. Last week on the 24th Bama’ beat State rival Auburn 67-55. Guard Jordan Lewis led the Tide with 19 points, eight rebounds and eight assists in 40 minutes.
Later that week on the 28, Alabama had a tough road loss to #15 Kentucky. Kentucky outscored Bama’ by 13 to win 81-68. Forward Jasmine Walker led the Tide with 27 points, 11 rebounds and one assist in 38 minutes.
Alabama suffered another tough road loss against #4 South Carolina. The Gamecocks beat the Crimson Tide 87-63 in the loss. Guard Lewis led the team with 19 points, five rebounds and two assists in 39 minutes.
Alabama has a game this Thursday at home against #25 Georgia. The Tide is 12-4 overall and 5-4 in conference play. The Bulldogs are 13-4 overall and 5-4 in conference play. Alabama is #7 in the SEC Conference.
