No. 1 Alabama defeated No. 19 LSU, 24-10, to pick up its seventh-straight win over the Tigers. Alabama last loss came on Nov. 9, 2011. Jalen Hurts led the way for the Crimson Tide, finishing with three touchdowns and 227 total yards.

Alabama took the lead with a touchdown pass from Jalen Hurts to Irv Smith with 6:08 left in the first quarter. It took Alabama 46:52 to score a touchdown against LSU last year.
Minkah Fitzpatrick went down twice in the opening quarter. He played the next series both times, but was limited after the second injury.
Ronnie Harrison intercepted Danny Etling’s pass on the second to last play of the first quarter. It was Alabama’s 12th interception of the year.
Mack Wilson was carted to the locker room late in the second quarter. He didn’t return.
Shaun Dion Hamilton didn’t return to the game after injuring his leg in the third quarter.
