Six different Alabama alumni scored nine total touchdowns this week in the NFL, the most by former Crimson Tide players in a single week. Here are the highlights from Week 7.
-Exactly one year after suffering a broken leg that ended his career at Alabama, Chicago Bears rookie safety Eddie Jackson had a historic game on Sunday. He returned a Carolina Panthers fumble 75 yards for a touchdown on the game’s opening drive and added a 76-yard interception return in the second quarter. They were the only two touchdowns Chicago scored in its 17-3 win.

-Oakland Raiders wide receiver Amari Cooper rebounded from recent struggles with a monster game on Thursday Night Football against the rival Kansas City Chiefs. Cooper caught 11 passes, one short of his career high, for 210 yards, which bested his previous career high of 173. Two of his receptions were for touchdowns, marking the second multi-touchdown game of his career.
-Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie tight end O.J. Howard entered Sunday with only five career catches, but added six more for a career-high 98 yards against the Buffalo Bills, including two touchdowns.
-Jacksonville Jaguars running back T.J. Yeldon racked up 122 rushing yards, the most of his career, on just nine carries against the Indianapolis Colts while filling in for injured starter Leonard Fournette. He also recorded the fourth rushing touchdown of his career.
-Since the New Orleans Saints traded running back Adrian Peterson to the Arizona Cardinals, Mark Ingram has seen his role dramatically increase. He carried the ball 22 times on Sunday for 105 yards, the first time since 2014 that he has had back-to-back games with over 100 rushing yards. He also found the end zone for the third time this season.
-Reuben Foster returned to the field for the first time since his high ankle sprain six weeks ago. The San Francisco 49ers rookie linebacker made five tackles in the loss to the Dallas Cowboys, including this highlight-reel stop on Cowboys All-Pro running back Ezekiel Elliott.

-Washington Redskins rookie defensive lineman Jonathan Allen had a screw put into his foot after suffering a Lisfranc injury last week. It was thought Allen would miss the season, but the team received good news after the surgery and is optimistic Allen could return this season.
