No. 1 Alabama defeated Arkansas, 41-9, to stay undefeated on the season. The Crimson Tide got off to a quick start when Damien Harris ran 75 yards for a touchdown on the opening play. Alabama would not look back from there, cruising to the 32-point victory. Alabama is now 7-0 overall and 4-0 in SEC play.

Damien Harris started the scoring for Alabama for the second straight week. Harris took a handoff, cut back to the left and went untouched for 75 yards and his eighth touchdown this season. He finished with 125 yards and two touchdowns.
Alabama dominated Arkansas in the first half on defense. It allowed just eight rushing yards and 111 total yards.
Alabama really struggled on catching punts. The Crimson Tide muffed three punts and failed to recover one, for just its second turnover on the season.
Jalen Hurts was intercepted for the first time this season. He went 206 attempts without throwing one.
Rashaan Evans recorded his first sack of the year on the first play of the second quarter. He added another one on the last play of the third quarter.
Alabama finished with four rushing touchdowns, scored by three different players. …read more
