Multiple varsity teams compete at home and abroad this week for the Crimson Tide. The women’s golf action wraps up last weeks action on Tuesday and the men’s basketball team begins a new week in Alabama athletics on Wednesday.

Men’s Basketball

The Alabama Men’s Basketball will have chances to improve both its home and away records. Going into this week, the Crimson Tide holds an overall record of 13-9, a 4-9 SEC record. The team has overall home and away records of 8-2 and 3-5 respectively.

On Wednesday, the Alabama Men’s Basketball team will face the Texas A&M Aggies in Coleman Coliseum at 6:00 p.m. CT. The game will be televised on the SEC Network.

On Saturday, the Alabama Men’s Basketball team will travel to Gainesville, Florida to face the Florida Gators at 4:30 CT. The game will be televised on the SEC Network.

Women’s Basketball

On Thursday, the Alabama Women’s Basketball team will travel to Columbia, Missouri to face the Missouri Tigers at 7:00 p.m. CT. While in Columbia, the Crimson Tide will be looking to capture its first true-road win. The team is currently 0-7 in road games, 12-3 at home, 2-0 at neutral sites, 3-8 versus SEC opponents and holds a 14-10 overall record.

Gymnastics

On Friday, the Alabama Gymnastics team will travel to Auburn, Alabama for the second installment of the Iron Bowl of gymnastics. The meet will be at 7:30 CT and televised on the SEC Network. In their previous meeting, the Crimson Tide outscored the Tigers 197.175 to 196.050

On Sunday, the Alabama Gymnastic team will face the West Virginia Mountaineers at 3:00 CT in Coleman Coliseum. The two teams have yet to face each other this season.

Softball

The Alabama Softball team will open the season this weekend during the UCF Classic in Orlando, Florida.

On Friday, the Crimson Tide will play the first of game of a doubleheader versus the Fordham Rams at 1:00 p.m. CT. The second game will be versus the UCF Knights 5:30 p.m. CT.

The Crimson Tide will play another doubleheader on Saturday, with the first game being against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights at 11:00 a.m. CT. The second game will be versus the James Madison Dukes at 3:30 p.m. CT.

On Sunday, the Crimson Tide will conclude tournament play versus the Liberty University Eagles at 8:00 a.m. CT.

Indoor Track & Field

The Alabama Indoor Track and Field team will compete at three locations on Friday, The Crimson Tide will be in the Iowa State Classic in Ames, Iowa, the Samford Elite Team Invite in Birmingham, Alabama, and the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The Crimson Tide will also compete in two locations on Saturday. The team will take part in the Iowa State Classic in Ames, Iowa and the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
