Scott Lashley, an offensive tackle, signed to play football for the University of Alabama on Wednesday.
He’s 6-foot-6, weighs 300 pounds and was rated a 4-star prospect by 247 Sports.
He played for West Point High School in West Point, Mississippi. His team finished this past season 11-3 in which it averaged 70.7 receiving yards per game, 308.3 rushing yards per game. The team completed 60-of-132 passes for 990 yards and 12 touchdowns, and it also had 632 carries for 4,316 rushing yards and 47 touchdowns on foot.
