Nigel Knott, a cornerback, signed to play football for the University of Alabama on Wednesday.
He’s 5-foot-11, weighs 175 pounds and was rated a 4-star prospect by 247 Sports. He is also the fifth-ranked cornerback in the ESPN 300.
Knott played for Germantown High School in Madison, Mississippi. His team finished this past season 9-4 in which Knott racked up 51 tackles, averaging 6.4 per game.
