TUSCALOOSA- The No. 1 seeded Crimson Tide is hosting the NCAA Tuscaloosa Regional Championship at Coleman Coliseum Saturday at 4 p.m.

The Tide will be led by All-SEC seniors Kiana Winston and Nickie Guerrero. Northern Illinois’s Ashley Potts will be rotating with Alabama. Alabama have been to the NCAA Championships for a 35 years consecutively and is nationally ranked No. 6 with a record of 7-4, 6-2 in conference play.

No. 3 seed Georgia, No. 2 seed Michigan, Illinois, Missouri and Central Michigan will travel to Tuscaloosa to compete in the regional. The two highest scoring teams from the six regionals across the nation will compete against each other in St. Louis, Missouri at the NCAA Championships on April 20-21. An individual gymnast from each school that did not advance at regionals will compete for a spot in St. Louis, as well as the top two performers from each region that team did not qualify.
