Kedrick James signed with Alabama on Wednesday just after 2:30 p.m.
The 3-star recruit is ranked as the No. 12 tight end in the country by 247sports composite.
The 6-foot-4 tight end played at La Vega high school in Waco, Texas. There he accumulated 173 yards on 10 receptions.
