For the fourth time this season, the Southeastern conference has named Alabama’s Jordan Lewis Freshman of the Week after her performances against Mississippi State and Ole Miss. Lewis now holds more weekly SEC awards than any other player in program history.

Lewis achieved a career-high 22 points against Ole Miss in addition to six rebounds, four assists and one steal.

The freshman from Windermere, Florida also achieved double-digit points against the Mississippi State Bulldogs which brought her weekly average up to 16 points, that’s 6 points higher than her season average.

Lewis has started all 20 games for the Crimson Tide this season and is ranked fourth in the league in assists.

Alabama will face Vanderbilt for it’s next game in Nashville, Tennessee on Thursday at 8 p.m.
