Alabama offensive lineman Alphonse Taylor was arrested on Sunday for driving under the influence by the Tuscaloosa Police Department. His bond was set at $1,000.

In 2015 Taylor started at right guard for the Crimson Tide, but he lost time with the first team in the spring, and it is currently unclear if he will re-earn his previous starting position.

Despite that demotion, the lineman was named to the preseason second All-SEC Team at the conclusion of the 2016 SEC Media Days.
