Alabama avoided a bad loss and beat Mississippi State 82-80 in overtime on Tuesday night.
Retin Obasohan led the Crimson Tide (12,9 3-6 SEC) with 25 points, five rebounds and eight assists. This was his fifth consecutive game scoring at least 20 points.
Riley Norris scored 16 points and Justin Coleman scored 15 points in the victory. Both players shot well beyond the arc shooting 4-8 and 3-5 respectively.
Jimmie Taylor led the team with six rebounds and added eight points.
